Dave Morton - President/CEO
Dave Morton is the President of Fertile Earth Corporation.
Prior to Fertile Earth, Morton co-founded and was President of
Talk2 Technology. In this role he assisted in raising over $40
million and was involved in the acquisition of two companies
in the process. Early in Morton's career his leadership skills
allowed him to manage the operations of a successful Salt Lake
City law firm including strategic planning, marketing analysis
and systems development. |

James Marsden - VP Business Development
James Marsden is the original conceiver and founder of the
Fertile Earth concept. He is an entrepreneur with many talents
and abilities and many years of experience in product and
strategy development. Marsden currently manages business
development as well as the hardware development and
engineering activities. Prior to founding Fertile Earth, Mr.
Marsden was the Executive Director of Product Management for
Talk2 Technology. |

Daniel O'Very -
VP Sales
Daniel O'Very oversees the general operations and sales
support for all Fertile Earth products. Prior to joining the
company, Daniel was the Director of Marketing for Companion
Technologies, Corporation where he established a business plan
that assisted in growing the medical management division from
a small company to a multi-million dollar enterprise within
the span of 18 months. Most recently, Mr. O'Very has been
helping some of Utah's largest corporations to develop their
telecommunications strategies and networks. |

Thurl "Big T" Bailey - VP
Strategic Accounts
Thurl Bailey is Fertile Earth's Chairman and manages investor
relations and cause marketing activities for the company.
Since his successful career as a professional basketball
player in the NBA and in Italy, Big T has demonstrated
leadership and vision in putting together several non-profit
community organizations focused on helping young people to
develop, learn and contribute to society. His organizational
leadership and vision has also been applied to developing
Fertile Earth as a company. |

Kary Burns - Marketing
Mr. Burns has a proven and unique combination of skills and
leadership with over 15 years of experience in technology,
management, marketing and sales . Prior to Fertile Earth
Corporation Mr. Burns was the Vice President of Market
Development for Talk2 Technology. Mr. Burns also spent two
years working on the telecommunications infrastructure and
technology marketing programs for the 2002 Olympic Winter
Games held in Salt Lake City. |
